  1. Eligibility. Participants must be 14 - 18 years old at the time of submission of the quiz in order to be eligible to win. Employees of the GRAMMY Foundation®, the Recording Academy® and their respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and other agents, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with such employees are not eligible.
  2. Entry and Prizes. All participants correctly answering all six (6) quiz questions will be submitted into a drawing for a to be determined prize on a monthly basis. Only one entry per participant will be accepted each calendar month. Prizes shall be delivered to winning participant(s) within six (6) weeks of the drawing in which said participant(s) are selected.
  3. Rights Waiver. By submitting the quiz, you agree to allow the GRAMMY Foundation and the Recording Academy to use the information submitted for internal purpose. Furthermore, should you win the Contest, you agree allow the use of your name and likeness on www.grammyintheschools.com.
  4. Privacy. The GRAMMY Foundation and Recording Academy shall not disclose your personal contact information to any third party, expect for internal confidential purposes.
  5. Limitation on Liability. By submitting your quiz for the Contest, you agree to release the GRAMMY Foundation, the Recording Academy, any promotional sponsors and each of their respective affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives, partners and agents from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest or with the acceptance, possession or use of any prize (including without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light).
