Welcome to the GRAMMY Jazz Ensembles entry form.
Upon completion you will receive an application number and audition instructions. Be sure to your include your application number on all audition materials and communications.
If you are applying for vocal and instrumental or for two instruments that are not “doubles” (e.g. trumpet and vibes) please complete an online entry form and video for each one. There is no need for a separate form and video for doubles (e.g. alto and baritone saxophone etc.). You should however play both on your audition video. Visit the “Audition Process” for details.
This entry form and video taped audition must be submitted by October 22
